Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Tulum Home offers worldwide Shipping.  

Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days. 

The flat rate shipping rates are as follows for fashion, jewellery, manchester, small homewares and soft furnishings: 

Standard Post $9.99 

Express Post $14.99 

We offer Free Shipping on all orders within Australia over $200*. This is automatically applied at checkout. This is not valid on any furniture pieces or items deemed oversize or fragile. This offer is only valid on items that don't require additional freight costs. This offer also does not apply to Pre-Orders.

The above delivery time frames are an estimation provided by our shipping providers and although we hope this, in some cases, parcels can be delayed due to matters outside of our control.  

For furniture, artwork and any item deemed oversized or fragile, you will be charged additional shipping by Tulum Home.

We use a variety of trusted logistic partners for delivery to obtain the most cost effective and efficient shipping option for your order.

If you wish to purchase a larger item, please contact hello@tulumhome.com.au to receive a shipping quote. Please provide your delivery address and items in which you are wanting to purchase.

Alternatively, the shipping cost will be confirmed once order is received and address details supplied. Please allow up to 2 working days for the Tulum Home team to contact you regarding the shipping quote. Tulum Home will then require payment for shipping upon invoice. Items will not be shipped until the shipping invoice is paid.

 

In-store Pick up

Tulum Home also offers In-Store Pickup for furniture, artwork and any items deemed oversized or fragile. Our team will contact you once your order is ready to be picked up in store. Please bring your confirmation email and ID to our store at: Shop 11, 2-6 Pandanus Parade, Cabarita Beach NSW 2488. Our opening hours are can be found on the CONTACT US page.

 

International  

All international orders are shipped with Australia Post International We currently do not offer international shipping on furniture and on selected home and living products.  

We offer a flat rate of $40AUD fashion, jewellery, manchester, small homewares and soft furnishings. 

Orders are dispatched within 7 business days and tracking will be provided directly to you. 

Generally, orders will be received within 20 working days, although certain destinations may take longer. 

Items shipped internationally are NOT insured against loss or damage - unless stated otherwise. Once your order is placed and dispatched, it is viewed by the chosen courier company as your property. Any missing items or damages are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Unfortunately, Tulum Home cannot be held responsible for any possible custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

 

Delivery Times During the Sales & Christmas Period 

We will endeavour to dispatch your order and respond to your queries as quickly as possible, however please allow for slight delays over Sale or Christmas periods. 

 

Order Changes 

If you require any changes to your order including address details and sizing please contact us immediately to ensure modifications can be applied, if your purchase has been shipped no changes can be made to your order. Please refer to our Returns Policy.

 

Order Information 

All purchase receipts are sent to your email once your order has been processed and payment received. We will also send you a shipment confirmation once your order has been shipped, this will contain a tracking number which can be used to track the journey of your purchase. Please contact us immediately if you have not received your order confirmation or shipping confirmation details within 2 business days, should you purchase over public holidays or weekends your confirmation will be sent on the next business day. 

 

Tracking Shipping 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number. 

All orders are shipped using Australia Post and can be tracked using their website, or through your home country postal system. 

Tulum Home cannot be held liable for any delay to delivery due to issues with tracking. Please be sure to check your junk mail in case delivery updates are restricted by your mail server.
